Event: Large organized gatherings to commemorate Victory Day. are expected to begin on May 8 at 17:00 at the Victory Monument. On May 9 at 8:30, a rally is scheduled to take place in front of the Saeima. Commemorative events on May 9 are expected to take place beginning at 09:00 at the Victory Monument. The first march is expected 12:00 to 14:00 from 11 Novembra Krastmala to the Victory Monument via the Stone Bridge. Also on May 9, another march is expected 13:00-18:00 from Aleksandra Grina Blvd. to the Victory Monument via Slokas Street.

- Exercise caution if in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests
