Please go to the Air Baltic Travel Updates page and follow the directions on that page to book a flight.  You can book onward flights to the U.S. from Frankfurt, Amsterdam or Helsinki directly with the airlines, through a travel agent, or through online travel sites.

U.S. citizens must have a ticket for a connecting flight in order to transit other European Airports.  U.S. citizens are permitted to transit through Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Helsinki for the purpose of connecting to an outbound flight to the U.S. but will not be permitted to leave the airport while transitingNote: All flights from Helsinki require transit through another European airport and it will be more difficult to transit.

The U.S. Embassy in Riga reiterates The State Department’s Level Four Global Health Advisory “U.S. citizens who live in the United States should arrange for immediate return to the United States, unless they are prepared to remain abroad for an indefinite period.”
