Riga, August 6, 2014 – U.S. Congressman Devin Nunes visited Latvia this week as part of a larger regional visit, which also includes stops in Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom. In Riga, Nunes met with Latvian government officials and visited Adazi Military base to meet U.S. and Latvian troops.
U.S. Congressman Devin Nunes was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives from California in 2003. He currently represents California’s 22nd congressional district, which is located in the San Joaquin Valley. Time magazine named him one of the rising stars of American politics, in the list of “40 under 40”; that is, the top forty civic leaders under 40 years of age.
