Riga, November 12, 2015 – U.S. Science Envoy Dr. Arun Majumdar will visit Latvia on November 12-13 as part of a regional trip to discuss energy and energy efficiency issues. While in Latvia, Dr. Majumdar will meet local energy experts, as well as officials from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development and from the Riga Energy Agency.
On Friday, November 13, at 10:30 Dr. Majumdar will deliver a public talk entitled “Energy Efficiency: Lessons Learned in the U.S.” at Riga Technical University’s Faculty of Power and Electrical Engineering, Āzenes iela 12/k1, Room 115.
