Riga, April 22, 2016 – On Saturday April 23, U.S. soldiers from 3-227 Aviation Unit stationed at Lielvārde military base together with Michigan National Guardsmen and Latvian National Guardsmen (Zemessardze) from Cesu Battalion will clean the Ligatne Nature Reserve (Līgatnes dabas takas) as part of the Big Cleanup Day (Liela talka). Media are invited to participate in the Big Cleanup at the Līgatne Nature Reserve and meet the soldiers.
